Life has been pretty crazy recently, its just been non stop hench why i've been a bit MIA recently! i've been working full time and its like i've had loads of nights out and days out, its just been one thing after another! I've had 2 hen nights go to, one i dressed up as Alice in wonderland which was soooo much fun, one of the best nights ever, some guy bought a glow stick off me for a tenner! Then the other hen night i went too was 60's and 70's theme, i had on a little psychadelic dress and boots, which was so short but so much fun to wear! I'm really settling in to my new department now, i'm running my own section and i've gotten much closer to some of the girls, we have had some great nights out, one where we went on a bar crawl and had bouncy castles in the club and jelly fights, another where we stayed out all night going back to a random hotel, which then we got kicked out of! And the most recent we dressed up as soldiers on the bank holiday which was hilarious, but i got so drunk i had to go home at 10.30, i fell over, was sick on the street, made it home and was sick in my army cap, and then spent the rest of the night being sick. it was lucky my mam and dad were still up to look after me coz i would have just ended up going to bed and i could have choked, my mam said she came in to check on me, and i was cold and had gone white, she thought i was dead. I'm never ever drinking that much again, its too dangerous, i was lucky on monday. 

I was on holiday last week, had a few nights out and days with my friends, the best part tho was going down to Manchester to see Celine Dion, we went shopping first and i got completley spoilt. its a good 3 and a half hour drive to get down though so we had to set off early and we didnt get home till 3.00am so it was a long day, but worth every second of it. She is without a doubt the best singer, and performer i have ever seen or am ever likely to see. The best part i think was when she came on, because i was expecting her to come up from the centre of the stage, only she didnt she came on from the side. we had great seats 3 rows from the front and just off to the left. but they were soooo good because she walked right past us to get on the stage, i was so shocked and couldnt believe it was really her who i had admired and listened too nearly all my life. She sang all my favourite songs, i couldnt pick a favourite, she's such a nice person, she's probably my favourite celebrity. When she walked off stage she stopped to talk to the guy in front of us coz he had a tattoo of her on his arm, and as she walked past us she shook our hands, which was totally unreal! I didnt want it to end, and i've been reliving it by listening to all my CD's of hers. My mam got to see her in Vegas, and she said the show was better there but Celine was still as faboulous, which was to be expected, i'm just so glad i got to see her .

I only got in from work at 8.30, has been a long day. its been gold watch day at work, where everyone who has worked there 21 years gets a gold watch presented to them, they get presents and cards and get to have parties in private rooms. I knew 3 people getting watches so i had 2 buy 3 cards, 3 presents but i got to go to 3 parties! we got longer for our dinners and me and one of the girls made the girl on our department a gold watch face for her to wear and we decorated it with all sparkley stuff and instead of hands on the watch i made fishnet clad legs with red shoes, was great. and we told her it was a classier version of her real watch, and just as i said that very loudly one of the bosses walked in, bloody typical, was so embarrassed! haha. I cant wait for this weekend, i have it off, and i'm going to one of the girls from work's wedding night on saturday, so fingers crossed this gorgeous weather continues, its torture being at work when its so nice outside. Next week, i cant wait for, becasue i have an appointment to see a spiritualist, i have always wanted to see one, and i cant wait to hear what she has to say. and then next saturday its the annual work ball, this year its a venetian ball, so we all need masks, i have a lovely dress to wear, its very classy, i love it! Can't wait! i'm gunna be skint again by payday!

Well quite a lot has happened since last time i posted. I got told 2 weeks ago that I would be moving departments and going to toys for christmas then who knows where after that. At first I was gutted, I went back down to work and cried my eyes out, and when i had to say goodbye to everyone i cried like a baby!  Everybody hugged me and I got 2 huge bunches of flowers and I just cried some more, it was really sad having to leave because i feel like i've really grown up working there and i loved it. i knew my job inside and out and i was good at it and i loved the people i worked with, it felt like a family and to leave it broke my heart. So I went to Las Vegas two weeks ago today and that was amazing! It was just what i needed to clear my head and distance myself from everything at work, i Shopped, did a  bit of gambling and saw all the sights. The Grand Canyon was fantastic, was one of the best things i've ever seen. I spent all my money on clothes and jewelry, bags and makeup. We saw Elton John and Toni Braxton, aswell as the cirque du soleil show Love set to the beatles music, they were all fantastic, it is such a fabulous place i loved it! The journey home was awful though, we had such bad turbulance we had to have the seatbelt sign on nearly all the way, meaning they couldnt even feed us! We were 2 hours delayed and then when we got back into London we had to get a train back to Newcastle only it was so over crowded we didnt have a seat and ended up having to stand for 4 hours! I have never been so jet lagged as what I was last week, we arrived home Sunday night and I was back at work 9.00am the next morning, and had to go straight to a new department where I didnt know anybody or what I was doing. It was awful and I felt like crap for the whole week, everybody was lovely on toys but any little thing and i would burst into tears coz i was so tired and i just missed my old department so much. My old boss would come to check to see I was okay, and he could see I wasnt which got him worried and they had a word with my new boss and he apparantly said I was doing really well, which kinda cheered me up some. It was just like starting a whole new job except with the added stress of being so jet lagged! I was off on the Friday and i slept from 9pm on the thurs night to 5pm on the friday afternoon and then right through from 10pm to 7.00am on the saturday morning. and it was only then that i felt human! I must have really been exhausted to have slept that long, and I was able to work through the weekend with no problems. I've been given my own section to look after which is girls, sorting out all the Dolls and Barbies. And its good because I know what i'm talking about with all this coz i had most of the toys myself! haha. The screaming kids up there do my head in, but now im more relaxed its a really nice department and i like it. I stil really miss my old one, but I know this move is for the best. I wont go into it but I was getting myself into a bad situation on my old one and i needed a clean break. Things were getting complicated and although i loved it, it feels good to just go to work and work instead of having this drama all around me. Its still in my head but it doesnt affect me when i'm working anymore and that can only be a good thing. It still hurts and i'm sure it will for a long time, but as my new boss said to me, if i can survive christmas on the toy department i can survive anything!

1. I am a constant worrier, and i mean CONSTANT I worry about everything all the time, I worry about stuff that hasnt happened yet or that might or might not happen, stuff that I cant even control, I worry what work will be like tomorrow and I worry what I may or may not be doing with my life in 5 years time. And its no good people telling me to be calm coz when there is something on my mind i just cant stop worrying! And the phrase I hate the most is 'Cheer up it might never happen' i just want to shout 'oh fuck off it already has happened, or at least is just about to!' lol

2. I hate change, I can get really depressed if things in my life are changing around me too fast and I have no control, and yet I get annoyed when life is boring! Yeh I know stupid!

3. I eat my fish and chips with mushy peas and a load of gravy all over it! I love gravy eveyone else thinks its disgusting that i pour it all over but believe me its lush!

4.  I read my horoscope everyday without fail. I come online to check it and I have about 3 different ones and at least one of them is always spot on its freaky!

5. When I go out my friends have bets on how quick I drink my 1st bottle of smirnoff ice, I drink it like a fish I dont  even realise I do it but its normally empty within the first 5 minutes

6. My nickname at work is 'Princess' just because I'm completely spoilt and that I'm the youngest! 

7. I love food. People know when theres something wrong with me because every meal time i clear my plate, and when I dont you know something is really up. I dont really snack, but I just love big meals and when I go to a restaurant I can quite easily polish off a 3 course meal along with bread and a mouthful off other peoples and all people ever say to me is 'i dunno how she does it, or where she puts it' but in fairness i have a very active job and I work up one hell of an apitite!

I cant believe i'm 21! Feels weird but good, as everyone has told me I am now officially a grown up! I have had such a fantastic birthday! Its kind of lasted a fortnight because i had a night out with work last Tuesday and then I had a night out the Tuesday gone and I went out for dinner with my friends on Friday and I got my presents off them! The nights out were brilliant I got soooo drunk and apparantly I fell over, not that i can remember, I had balloons and banners and confetti plus lots and lots of alcohol and dancing! I was very spoilt by everybody i got about 50 cards! From my Mam and Dad i got a saphire and diamond ring coz thats my birthstone, i got 2 charms for my links of london bracelet, a juicy couture handbag and purse, juicy coture perfume, body moisturiser, shower gel, victorias secret stuff, a bottle of moet champagne covered in dimantes, plus a 21 teddy, photoframe and balloons etc! From the rest of my family and friends i got another 7 Links of London charms for my bracelet, dior makeup, tinkerbell PJ's, Dior perfume, photoframe, a massive cuddly toy!  Plus money and some earings, a watch, just loads! I got a great cake and 6 balloons so our living room looks so cool! Yesterday I was at work! It was ok tho i got up early opened my presents then went 2 work and got more presents and they sang me happy birthday and made a fuss of me all day! Then last night there was 14 of my family and friends of the family all went for a  chinease meal and then back to my house for a bit of a party with champagne and birthday cake! So it has been an amazing birthday, and ive still got my holiday to Vegas next month to look forward to!! And I just wanted to thank everybody for wishing me happy birthday and for my suprises esp Em for everything she did! I think its been my best birthday yet!

Oh  wow an update.... kind of! lol actually i have been bad cant even remember the last time i wrote in this! Life has been pretty uneventful recently just the usual, working, nights out, oh um went to london to see sound of music and shop! aaaaand i think thats it! This year is running away from me, im in 21 four weeks, scary! Gunna be one hell of a long week at work next week, doing a 50 hour week! So im wishing it was this time next week soooo much! Fingers crossed it wont be as bad as last week, coz my bitch of a boss decided she would pick on me all week, bitch i gave as good as i got tho, i aint taking no shit from her! But my Em is back tomorrow so that will def make the week go faster!

Well here we are 2 years later, it feels weird that we have only known each other for that long. Like when i got my old photo's today i was like god i didnt even know you then! My life musta bin so boring without you Em! 

I really don't know what i would do without you. You are always there for me when i need to rant or when i just need your opinion on what to do, even tho i know i dont always take it! But still i need to know what you think! And you make me laugh so much and always know how to cheer me up! I cant ever imagine a time when we wouldnt be best friends and even though we live in different countries i know we are always there when we need each other! We always have each others backs, and fight each others corner when other people in our lives piss us off, yet arent afriad to tell each other when we are being stupid! 

I get so excited when I get something from you and i get even more excited when im sending you something! Your the only reason i come online anymore and you make me excited to get home and talk to you so we can tell each other about our exciting/or not so exciting days, but one things for def is that we always make each other laugh! So heres to many more years of fun, what will we get up 2 next?? Have a great time in the Vegas, scope out my hotel for me so you can tell me all about it. And i will have a looooong letter waiting for you when you get home telling you all about my fortnight without you! Haha! I ended up in bloody A&E last night. I was at work yesterday and to get a hook into the wall you have to lift the one above it, and as I did that a pair of scissors fell off the hook and smacked me on the head. Luckily they had a thick plastic shell, but still that absolutley wrecked, at first I sort of blanked out and didnt realised what had just happened until i saw them on the floor and then felt the pain and somebody passing asked me if I was alright. And then i
picked them up and ran over to the till where my boss and everybody was all 'these have just hit me on the head' and then burst into tears as like the shock hit me. I wasn't bleeding or anything, and after a minute i calmed down and everyone was hugging me and trying to make me laugh. Then about 10 minutes later I started to feel sick and a bit dizzy and I told my boss and he said I maybe had concussion, I kind of laughed it off and said I was ok. But then when I was sitting having a cup of tea on my break i started to feel worse, and i went to the nurses office. After he had checked me over i was sick four times, and then told him I was fine to go back to work, because I did feel better. He asked me if i wanted to go to hospital i said no, so i went back down to the department. I was stood behind the till while one of my friends was getting me a mint to take the taste away when i was sick again in a plastic bag, and one of the girls held my hair back as i was crouched behind the till! I was sick a few more times and then i felt better so i stayed till closing, the nurse came down to see me again because my boss rang him to say I had been sick on the department and he said if i was sick again i had to go to the hospital! So when I got home i just wanted to sleep but of course I couldnt and when i was sick again my mam forced me to go to A&E where i had to wait and they checked me over and gave me something 4 the pain in my head and i was under observation till i stopped being sick! And apparantly i had bad concussion and had to be watched all while i was asleep incase i stopped breathing. Soooo was very lucky i wasnt going to go and see POTC on friday as planned because if i'd of missed that it would have killed me! I dont feel so bad now, still got a bit of a headache but i'll be ok to go see Jack tomorrow night! And i'll be going back to work on Monday, wonder how much money I could get if I sue? That place is a fucking hazard!

Reasons to be happy...

1. I'm going to Gran Caneria on monday for a week with my friend for a nice lazy week of lazing in the sun, can't wait to get a nice tan!!!
2. When I get back I have the annual work ball, and this year its James Bond theme! So means i'm gunna be a bond girl! haha, I have bought a gorgeous new dress from Monsoon, its yellow, and very pretty so i need a good tan to wear it with! Thats always one of the best nights out of the year, can't wait for it!
3. Its just over a month before POTC 3!! can't wait for that, so excited, has been far too long without my jack! And then after that its the OC season 4 boxset, wuhu, gunna be a good one i hope!
4. Today i called up to our buyers office for my annual review, and she told me that she was really happy with my progress and that recently I had really 'come out of my shell' dunno what she means by that but sounds good, she asked me if there was anything i was unhappy about on the dept, and i said no because recently there hasnt been, works been great since that whole thing about 6 weeks ago. She also said that I was showing real inititave (dunno how 2 spell that) and that I was getting a 3% pay rise, woohoo thats exactly what i need what with this holiday!
5.  I've managed to get a WAGs boutique hoodie, yay, i love them its my new favourite show, i'm obsessed! haha i know very sad!
6. One of my old friends got in touch with me after 3 years and shes coming back home for the summer, so hopefully will get to see her which will be great! 
7. I've just finished work for 10 whole days!!!!
8. My Mam and Dad are taking me to Las Vegas for my 21st birthday!!!! Can not wait for that! Going in October so will still be home to have my nights out and family party and that! But we are staying in the Bellagio and I have my own room, and i'm just gunna shop and gamble and eat and drink! haha all my favourite things! I had to swap my holiday to do it, but luckily my boss was really good about it, and one of the girls swapped with me!
9. I have a new haircut! Had about 2 inches cut off, feels really short and i was unsure at first but now i am loving it, has made me feel all refreshed! 
10. And I have a gorgeous new header made by Em, that I totally love, but makes me sad at the same time because I miss it so much!


And um I think thats about everything! I've been having a great time recently had loads of nights out (has made me totally skint) but I don't care because i've been enjoying myself, things at work are good too, things are back to normal, well thats to say he isn't ignoring me anymore, which is so much better because that week at work was hell! There is nothing worse than to hate your job and i'm so glad I don't anymore! In fact I know once I'm back off holiday i'll be dying to get back and see everybody! So I still have loads to do, need to go to Tesco coz i want some sweets to take coz we are self catering, just incase the worst happens and we lose all our money and have no food! I have to tidy my room and then I have to pack, good thing I have all weekend off!

Life has been a little hectic the past few weeks, i feel like i've never stopped! But good news is, i've just finished work and i dont go back until a week on Tuesday! Can't wait, don't have much planned, a few days out and going to see friends, but mostly just relaxing!

Work has been stressful, last week was stocktaking, was such hard work, last friday we had to count every single thing on the department, it took us until 7.30pm at night and then the checkers had to come round to make sure we had done it right, I was well annoyed tho coz it was my friends birthday night out and meant i was over an hour late, i hate arriving late! Meant i had to drink much quicker to catch up, which then meant i got much drunker and ended up not getting home until about 4.00am. Wasn't fun at work the next day, especially with my boss all over me as usual. But its been a calm week at work coz hes been off, and i'm off this week so thats two weeks away, he told me repeatedly how much he was going to miss me and how he didn't know what he was going to do without me and how he tried to get the same week off as me but couldn't, he would be pining for me (ew!) But anyway its a week off now, yay!

I got really excited on Tuesday because i met Sonia from Eastenders and Marlene from Only fools and horses,(only UK ppl will know who I mean) lol was so cool they asked me what restaurant in the shop was the best, they were really nice, made my day! Ive been so busy making my friend Lindsey's birthday scrapbook, i've been doing it since August and its tomorrow that i'm giving her it, i've got one more page left to do , then just need to wrap it, then put it in the big box, then wrap the box so she doesn't know what it is! haha can't wait to give her it! I've also been busy reading my new book, shopaholic and baby (part of teh best book series ever!) only took me three days to read, have waited nearly two years for it, and it was amazing! I also watched Click od DVD i really enjoyed it, made me laugh even though it didnt have great reviews. Only 3 more OC epis left, im gutted, gunna miss it so much, so jelous of Em getting to see it in NY!

Last night I was at my friend Heathers house, and we had a kareoke night, god I really shouldn't be let near one of those things, I seriously have damaged my throat singing 'My Way'. me and Lindsey went clubbing after it, went to a few bars but ended up in Aspers the Casino, god I love it in there. I feel as though I could be in Vegas (my parents are slightly worried that I am a member) but it was soooo good because i won £100 on the roulette table! well i actually won about £150 but i gambled and lost £50 then cashed the £100 and i split it with Lindz coz she picked one of my numbers!

Well i'm gunna go and do this scrapbook coz will take me a few hours, but I just had to share this with you, my friend had it on his moblie last night its a wind up , and probably only UK ppl will get it, but i have never laughed so hard, its in a geordie accent so you might find it hard to understand, but if you can you will LYAO! Enjoy!

I hope everybody has had a wonderful Christmas because mine was fantastic! Christmas Eve was tiring i ended up falling asleep in front of A Muppets Christmas Carol, and was in bed before midnight, I didnt even wake up until 9.00am which is like the latest i've ever gotten up! Was nice being so lazy though! Santa was very good to me this year though so by the time we had opened all our presents we got dressed and my brothers girlfriend came round and we gave her presents. Then later  she went home and we all played on my brothers new Wii, which was the funniest thing ever watching my dad trying to do that! Then they agreed to play OC Scene it with me which was so good, they even knew some of the answers! The rest of the afternoon was spent playing with our new toys and we ate our dinner about 6.00pm, then we were so full we relaxed in front of the TV and then i got in my new PJ's and watched more TV! went to bed at about 12.30am put a dvd on but only saw the first 10 minutes before falling asleep!

Today was a nice lie in day, we all didnt get up until about 10.30, i watched the rest of my DVD, and then i brought all my presents upstairs and set them out in the corner of my room. I set up my new Ipod and read my OC book, then later me and my brother were battling on his Wii sports, and my god its like a proper workout! Seriously it killed me, but still its so much fun and i am the boxing champion! Then we had our traditional bubble and squeak which I love! And me and my dad sat and watched his new Peter Kay DVD which was hilarious! Then of course couldn't not watch POTC, so had to be done! and now i've just had a shower and I'm gunna put one of my new DVD's on in bed because I have to be up at 6.00am. These two days have been fantastic but they have gone over way too quick! I'll be exhausted again tomorrow night because it will be manic for the 1st day of sale! Oh well never mind its all good, it usually turns into a fun day!

  Ive been at work all weekend and had a party last night, didnt get to bed till 3.00am and have been up at 6.30am, but even though we never stopped prepping for sale, i had a lovely day at work, we had presents and champagne (got a bit tipsy actually coz of last night! lol)  and it was just lovely! So glad im off for two days now though, i'm exhausted and fell asleep when I got in at 5pm. I've just had my tea and  a shower and now i'm off to watch a Muppets Christmas Carol on DVD! God i LOVE christmas!

I got in from work an hour ago, has been such a busy week, today has been non-stop but something so exciting happened, i met Now i'm not a Star Trek fan, but still everybody knows who he is, he didn't really say much just smiled and said hello, me and my friend Alix were a bit star struck, but he spent ages on my department (apparantly he's in Newcastle for a play) and kinda made my normal boring Saturday a bit more exciting! 

Did a bit more Christmas shopping this week, today me and Lindz went shopping on my dinner break and got Jan a DKNY purse to go with her funny Tshirt! Also got Lindsey's present, some pirate PJ's from Victoria's Secret, I know she's gunna love them! Monday night had a great night (the pervy boss didnt come, thank god, i was nervous incase, but that didnt stop him makin up 4 it this week in work, just ewww such a dirty old man), except i didnt get in until 4.30am and have been at work everyday since plus i've been teased all week for my singing 'Love Shack' on the Kareoke! Oh well I think i'm gunna go watch a DVD after the X factor results and get cosy in bed coz im nackered and i have a busy week next week, 9-9 shift on Tuesday, and then the store is open till 8pm everyday until Christmas, gunna kill me! hehe
